Summary: The bed was super comfy! It was very clean. Breakfast was tasty. We were met by a friendly person at the desk. I would stay here again!

Summary: Wondeful hotel, almost brand new. The staff greated us on arrival. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a quiet hotel for a peaceful sleep. Beds were very comfortable!

Summary: Best breakfast but had room at end of hall and only had “warm” water… not hot. Nicely designed room but they didn’t think of older people who got up to go to the bathroom in middle of night. The bathroom door (a barn door slider with large glass insert) was at foot of bed and no night light so when someone wanted to use it they needed the light and it easily shined on bed thru glass.

Summary: This is a very nice hotel and iur suite had plenty of room for all of us. The buffet breakfast was also very nice. The only downside was the indoor pool was ice cold. They said they've been having trouble with it being to hot so im not sure what happened but needless to say the grandsons were very disappointed. It made for a long evening as we had planned to be in the pool all evening but otherwise it was a very nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel and we would stay again.

Summary: Took us about 4 calls to reach front desk when teens were racing down the hallway at 11 pm. Very few light breakfast options. No light yogurt, only apples for fruit and some were rotten. Staff couldn’t find coffee cups for about 10 minutes. Scrambled eggs rubbery. Asked kitchen server if sausage was turkey or pork. She said she didn’t know. Could be a problem for people who don’t eat pork. This hotel is much newer and more expensive but the sister hotel next door has better service and better breakfast options.

Summary: Stay was okay, reason for booking was to let kids swim. Pool was way too hot and when notified hotel staff, the answer was to shut pool down which nullified reasin for staying

Summary: Need to have a better check in system. We stood outside at 1245 in the morning, ringing the bell, banging on the door and calling, with no answer. Finally over 10 minutes later, the receptionist shows up…very nonchalantly. We had already paid or we would have left. She was nice and all, and the hotel was very nice with a nice breakfast, but needs to have a better system.

Summary: It was a pleasure staying there in the family queen suite. 3 adults stayed comfortably. Clean and staff, breakfast and food was great. Needed to check out late for flight and they accommodated me.
